About B&L Biotech:
B&L Biotech USA, Inc. is the American branch of a Korean dental supply company providing the dental community with innovative endodontic supplies. Given that the company is still growing, this position can be multi-functional in purpose. Applicants experienced in graphic design, website management, or who have an interest in marketing or sales will have the added opportunity to interact with the CEO and other department heads in Korea as it is relevant. Employees have the chance to get involved in as much as they want should they have the initiative to create and take on new projects for the company. The office, located in Fairfax, VA, is looking for full-time or part-time Administrative Assistants to provide general sales and office support.

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining B&L’s positive public image by providing quality and timely customer service. In this role, you will be providing direct client support through calls and emails as well as general administrative office support such as documenting.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop a working knowledge of B&L products
• Handle all incoming calls for repairs, orders, or general questions about B&L products
• Provide sales support in the form of shipment/invoicing for direct orders through calls, the website, or through B&L sales rep
• Document all sales information and other relevant information in Google Doc
• Provide general administrative support as requested by manager

Preferred knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Experience answering phone calls or managing multiple phone lines
• Experience in a customer service setting

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree, business and marketing majors preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1-year experience in an office setting preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of Mac computers
• Experience with Quickbooks preferred
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
